The election results of the annual meeting are in.
In a landslide (approx. 94-8) the residents voted to only partially fund the reserves for the coming year.
By a margin of approximately 3-2, the By Laws were amended to change the term of each director to two years from the present one year term.
And finally, the current Board of Directors were all re-elected.
Regardless of how you voted, resident participation makes the entire bulding a winner!
